Premium material Note:
1. Made of 100% Solid rubber it is normal to have a light rubber smell. Simply put the Rubber Jack pad near a ventilated place for a period of time.
2. For Model X, it might be a little bit loose for the hole and you might need to line up the pad in the hole while raising the the car. If you own Tesla Model X, you may need to line up the cushions in the holes to avoid looseness when raising the car.

U.S. domestic orders are shipped from our USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from China. 
International orders are shipped from our China warehouse.
